Or you can send the information in a Word document atachment to Awards@DigitalMarketingcsi.com and we will give your entry more consideration, create a page on our website about you and your company, link back to your website, and provide your contact information (English versions are prefered but not required. You can provide us with a Portuguese versions).
Provide us with origional content. Do not cut and paste information from your website as a submission. We may contact you to interview the Founder of your company and include that interview in the consideration phase that the judges will see.

1. What Are “The Digital Marketing International Awards”?
Digital Marketing International wants to celebrate the power of organic search and paid advertising for professionals, marketers, digital marketing agencies, and SEO experts around the world. The year DMI brings the awards to Brazil to award the Best of Brazil awards that can be used to identify you as an industry leader in Brazil.
The DMI Awards are dedicated to honoring the best practices of search marketing by recognizing the consultants, agencies, in-house teams, search tools and platforms used by digital marketers to execute successful programs encompassing organic, paid, local, mobile and social search tactics.
2. Is There An Entry Form I Need To Download?
No. The entry application process is entirely online. You can submit you application by filling in the form above or e-mailing us.
Once you submit your information you will be provided with an email address that you can use if you wish to edit or update until you finalize your submission.
3. What Do I Need To Know Before Entering?
Pick a category. Write a compelling case study that incorporates all reasons as to why you should be chosen as the winner (you can include visual charts/graphs but it is not required).
Judges will be looking for:
Innovative strategies & creative tactics implemented.
Best Practices / White-Hat methods employed.
Resources & technology utilized.
Tangible / Measurable business results
All data submitted is considered confidential by the judges, and they are not allowed to share entry materials publicly. Please specify which details can/cannot be shared publicly.
The editorial staff of Digital Marketing International, Guarana or its partners may request permission to summarize the finalists and/or winning entries after the event.
4. Can I Submit An Entry To More Than One Category?
Yes. At the end of the application process, you can copy the submission details to another category, or you can begin a second application from the beginning.
For example, if you are entering “Agency of the Year – SEO” but your team also manages paid search, you can copy the bulk of the application information to “Agency of the Year – SEM”. You’ll need to modify any submission materials explicitly requested for the second category, as needed if significantly different from the first. In this case, paid search results would likely be different from organic.
5. What If I Have A Question About An Awards Category or Entry Criteria?
We will update this FAQ and awards category details as necessary until the entry period closes. If you still have additional questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more informational.
6. I Am A Consultant Representing A Digital Marketing Agency. Can I Submit My Work For A Client?
Of course – we want your work to get the credit it deserves! You must include the client name, client company name, the client’s website.
7. I Represent A Tool/Platform, What Categories Can We Enter?
At this time, we do not offer specific categories for software tools or platforms. However, vendors may submit a case study on how its own marketing team used SEO or SEM or both to drive awareness, leads and/or sales of tools and services, in any of the categories.
Also, please note that software vendors should not submit case studies on behalf of a customer. However, we do encourage vendors, tools and platforms to spread the word about entering The DMI Awards to their customer base of agency and client-side users. If you know of a customer using your tool/platform in an innovative way and is achieving exceptional results in SEO/SEM, they may submit details about how the tool has helped as part of their entry. Your tool or platform may receive recognition when nominees and winners are announced.
8. Do You Accept Entries From Outside of Brazil?
No. Not at this time. The DMI Awards are country specific and are not open to global entries; non-Brazilian and international campaigns are not eligible. Additionally, all award applications and entries must be submitted in Portuguese.
9. Can I Apply To Be A Judge In One Or More Categories?
Yes, we will consider volunteer judges until all slots have been filled. The DMI Awards Advisory Board will vet all prospective judges and review the time commitment required.

10. When Will The Awards Ceremony Take Place?
The DMI Awards winners will be announced during an evening celebration, on October 25, 2017 at the historic Hotel Majestic Palace in Florianópolis.
The awards celebration will feature an open bar, dinner during the awards ceremony and live entertainment. Gala tickets will be made available for sale soon.
11. Can My Company Sponsor The DMI Awards & Celebration Gala?
Absolutely! There are several sponsorship opportunities for industry leading organizations including agencies, search marketing tools and platforms to gain visibility through media impressions and on-site at the awards ceremony and celebration event. Sponsoring the awards will not affect the outcome of the independent, editorially driven judging process.
